Lemon Ginger Wellness Shots
This wellness shot is a great way to reduce bloating, imrpove digestion, and detox the body.

Ingredients

Lemons
(wash the lemons before using)

Ginger
(peeling is optional)

cup
Water
(chilled and distilled)
Instructions
Cut the ginger into small, one inch pieces
Remove ths skin from the lemon. Save the skin to zest later!
Blend everything together with the cup of water
Strain it
Fill shot bottles, or save in airtight container and pour a shot when needed!
