Lemon Ginger Wellness Shots

This wellness shot is a great way to reduce bloating, imrpove digestion, and detox the body.

Ingredients

  • 3 Lemons (wash the lemons before using)
  • 1 handful Ginger (peeling is optional)
  • 1 cup Water (chilled and distilled)

Instructions

  • Cut the ginger into small, one inch pieces
  • Remove ths skin from the lemon. Save the skin to zest later!
  • Blend everything together with the cup of water
  • Strain it
  • Fill shot bottles, or save in airtight container and pour a shot when needed!
